Hi.

I'm done with events for the season (I think) so by backup D300 is for sale. Looks good, works fine. Includes the box, and everything it came with as far as I can tell.

Body is high mileage, at about 100k clicks. The D300 is rated to 150k+ minimum by Nikon, and unless you use it heavily for sports you're not likely to get even close.

It's nice and sharp wide open on my D300. Distortion control is what you expect from a prime lens - unless you're shooting a brick wall you won't see any, especially on a DX body.

It's on the block because I prefer a slightly longer focal length if I'm going with a one-prime-lens lightweight kit, and my 17-55/2.8 is almost as good as the prime for the rest of the time.

It's an awesome lens, but I honestly never used it more than a couple of times. I'm trying to be ruthless in pairing down my equipment to the essentials so it had to go.
