Everything that came with the original packaging is included (cables/manuals/software/box), plus iLife 04. Has the newest version of OSX - 10.3.8. Purchased Feb of last year, so no warranty, but never had any problems with it. No dead pixels. Only a few small blemishes from putting it in my laptop bag. The battery is like new.
