[SOLD] Intel Q6600 OEM - $100 OBO
Selling an Intel Q6600 OEM CPU
G0 stepping, hasn't been used for the past 5 months. Its been sitting in my closet. I upgraded to a Q9450 at Christmas and haven't found a use for the Q6600.
This CPU can overclock to 3.4ghz stable if not more on my EVGA 780i using air cooling.
I prefer buyers within the GTA only, but anywhere in Southwestern Ontario or Barrie is fine.
No shipping involved. I am interested in meeting at a mutual location to finalize the deal.
The CPU is in working condition 100%; has been tested recently to allow my sale.

I have only sold 1-2 items on this site, this being my 3rd. I am really just looking to get rid of it. I have no use for it and I'm sure it's better in someone else's computer rather than my closet.

I have gotten a few offers that were a little over 100 but I am going with the most reputable buyer I can come into contact with in order to assure myself as a reputable seller. I understand a lot of people think I am somehow pulling chains and it may seem bogus at face value. If I can get away with 150, that's great, if not, too bad for me I guess :p

If you made a mistake, just admit it. Don't give us some line.
I made an offer to buy it, I am a reputable, and I am 10 minutes away. You afraid I can't pay $100?
If you change your mind and want more money, just say so. Don't feed us some BS. Admit that you made a mistake and increase your price.
What you are doing now by ignoring people's offers makes you look bad and not reputable at all. Right now you are DEFINITELY not a reputable seller.
You want to gain respect here. Be honest and if you make a commitment to anyone, keep it.
If you don't want to sell to me or anyone else at $100, just say so. I am a big boy, I can take a good NO.

Uhh, i am actually reaching with someone in an hour for $100... so... I dont know what you're talking about. Stop trying to make me look bad. My intent was to sell it for $100 and that's what I am selling it for. I have responded to every single person that has sent me a PM.
I'd appreciate it if you backed off.
How would you feel if you were selling something for $10 and everyone told you that you COULD sell it for $50 easy? However I am going on my initial word. So as far as I'm concerned I am being honest.
I am sure you are as reputable as the next person. I'm sorry if I hurt your feelings if I found someone else besides you. But The person I am making a deal with I have built up a trusting relationship with and feel confident.

I am just quoting what you said. My response was to your comment above raising the price.

You didn't reply to my PM
I have no intention of making you look bad. That only makes me look bad. I just simply said, if you made a mistake, admit it. That is what being an adult is all about.

I have no problem with that. I knew that I was late to the game. But a PM indicating that you have decided to sell to someone else would have been appreciated. As for reputation, I don't know what the concern is, either I have the money or I don't. It is your reputation that is a concern here.
1. Did you sell something that is not what you indicated?
2. Is the CPU bad
You get the idea. That is why we have a feedback system. The onus is on the seller to be honest. The buyer just have to have money.
Good luck with your sale.

I am sorry if I missed your response. My inbox got spammed to hell and back, maybe I missed 1 or 2, I am sorry.
Like I said the CPU is in working condition and I still have the original packaging for it in its OEM case. I have read most of the horror stories in the transaction complaints forum and have no interest in ending up on there. I am trying to build up a reputation like you stated and I thought selling a CPU for a great price would have been a good idea to start off. I really am unsure as how else I am supposed to go about selling something.

Processor sold.
I just got home - haven't been near any computer since this afternoon when I left to meet the buyer.
Very clean transaction.
Moving on ...
i offered him $110 cash and he never replied.

This is my first thread EVER about this processor. Please do not make false claims about me.
And as I said to others... I apologize if I didn't reply to some people. My inbox got spammed crazy from a lot of people; it was hard to get back at everyone.
Case closed. Done deal.
