Why can't you just return it to the store?

Because I am not one to abuse return policies...I like to buy things to try em out. I take the hit...I am in retail as well so I know what it's like to abuse such policies
The camera is amazing and everything.

How can returning a camera within 2 weeks transgress any store policy? ....Or do you mean you can't justify returning it using the excuse "I just bought this to test it out"
In any case. This camera is freakin disgustingly Stealthy. I've had the S1IS, upgraded to the S2IS, and alas....I doubt I'll be taking aNOTHER hit to get the S3....but if anyone hasn't been suckered by Canon like I was with the first two versions....this camera will last you FOREVER!

I own the S2IS.... Image stabilzation in the S3 allows one to be a little more lazy...otherwise the camera is almost the same w/ exception to the rez and the ISO.
