I have had this ipod for a while now..but never used it...needless to say it has next to no scratches and looks brand new..

It comes with everything ipod comes with (cable, belt clip etc). I still have the box too..

The only thing is there is an engraving on the back ( name and Phone #)..but it is hardly noticable since it is on silver ipod..other than that the ipod looks excellent!!

I will leave all my songs on it if the buyer wants (mainly hip hop)

well the first one had lousy battery life. Whereas the second one is much more improved.
