If they are Built By ATI cards, ATI will RMA them with no receipts for up to 3 years. How they determine when the 3 years is up, I have no idea. I just RMA'd a 9500 Pro. I have no idea when the warranty is up, I bought the bare card off of a fellow RFD member, but it was DOA.

Those look like the DDR2 version of the 256MB 9800 Pro which include stock RAMsinks.
