Never had a problem, not banned from XBL - still under warranty from Microsoft (sticker is intact). Includes console only (I.e. no HDD, cables, or controller). In mint condition. No games or back-ups included so please don't ask.

Have receipt dated 08/21/07 - so you've got approx., 2 years left on the warranty.
