Should be In "Setup" then at the bottom left of the pop out screen under the "Voice" tab which should be there by default?

edit found the codex. now which one would be the correct one lol or should I just fiddle with them
speex is the one im using atm and i think thats the one that I've always used. Other ones are
GSM 6.10
DSP GROUP TRUE SPEECH
Lemout & Haspie
have my format set to 32KHz, 16 bit and 10Qlty (before it was 0 Qlty) friend said it works better now but sounds ****** after a while
Speex is the standard Teamspeak codec, anything above Speex 16.3 should be good enough for voice. There should also be Speex19.5 and Speex25.9. The latter being the better, ofc. Is there only one Speex codec in Vent? Sorry I'm not very familiar with Vent..
edit: is there an option to add a delay by any chance? If so, try setting that to ~20ms and see if it helps.
