Someone left me negative heatware - username "freegenocide"
Someone left me a negative heat. I have never dealt with this person ... must be a competitor or someone who has scammed me in the past. Can the mods help?

Sent a request thru their "Support Center" but still no reply yet. It also says "E-mail requests will no longer be used for support."
Maybe RFD should buy out heatware?
