SOmeone is spoofing Bank of Montreal...
So my wife gets a voice mail from someone at Bank of Montreal.
Apparently there's a problem with her Mosaik MasterCard.
They leave a 1-800 number to call. So she calls and gets voicemail
They play telephone tag for 2 days....finally she reaches him. He says theres a problem with the card and she needs to confirm the card number with him.
She says,,,how do I know you work for Bank of Montreal? He says, well, didn't u call my 1-800 number? WIfe says anyone can have a 1-800 number.
Finally, after going back and forth about him needing the credit card number, she hangs up. She called BoM and asked them, they said there was nothing wrong with her card and that telephone # was not a BoM number.
So...who should she call to report this activity?

Didn't your wife give BoM the phony number and explain the situation? They should be able to take care of it from now on.
