sonanta ii users
do any of you sonanta 2 users use the cpu/gpu fan duct? it seems that when installed, it'll just block air infront of the back 120mm...im just wondering if its actually going to lower temps
thanks

I've seen it on my friend's Sonata2.... it seems really useful since most of the heat from inside the case is coming from the CPU anyway.
Why don't you do a comparison test of your system temps one with having the duct on, and another without. Make sure your computer is not under load in both test scenarios to keep the test fair - and post your results for other Sonata2 owners!!

yeh, i would test them except i need a 92mm fan to stick into the vent, but if the duct is useless, im not gonna bother picking up an extra fan

I use it without any extra fans in it. It pulls in fresh air from rear of the case, and seems to do its job.

Well note the direction your HSF is blowing. If it is blowing up, then use the duct without an extra fan. If it is blowing down, then stick to using the rear case fan.
