For the deal of day I found a website that states these things are useless:

Just want to add that the OFF! Clip-on things do not work at all either..... mosquitoes land right on them & bite just as much. The studies don't know how OFF can make the claims they do.

Plus the OFF! ones are toxic so you're not supposed to breath in the chemical even though it states that the product surrounds you with that stuff.
