This deal sucks compare to the US Sony Store one, which is 46" TV + PS3 for US$999

It is almost insulting that we always pay more and get less compare to our friends on the other side of the border.

Yeah, because every other store cleared them out in February. The V4100 is a 2008 mid-line 1080p Sony TV. It was sold by Future Shop, Best Buy, Sears, The Bay, and every other store that sells TVs. It's not a half-bad deal though. $700 for a pretty good 40" TV if you were gonna buy a PS3 anyway. Lowest price on this last year was $1100 I believe.

Deal is not bad. If your in the market for a PS3, then getting a 40' Sony LCD for $700 is pretty decent.

Look like a good deal. 40" 120mhz name brand LCD costs near $1k anywhere right now. It is like getting a ps3 for free!

If it is 4100, the refresh rate is 60hz.

Oh my bad, not the new v series, confusing model scheme.

Not exactly a deal then. You can easily get a equivalent newer model for $799. So you are buying a older model LCD and $200 for the PS3.

canada deals totally suck compare to US deal.
I picked my 46" 120Hz + PS3 from US Sony Outlet for $909 on black friday.

Pretty decent deal if you are planning to buy a PS3 anyways. Or like my brother is doing he is going to get the TV for his G/F for Xmas and keep the PS3 for himself as a bonus
