Sigh...still waiting on my 32 inch xbr9 Bought it Dec 13th and put a $200 deposit on it. Apparently, this model has been discontinued by Sony, but I sure hope they still have stock somewhere. Don't know why it's taking so long. ARGH...so excited about using it for a monitor. I'll try calling again tomorrow and asking when they expect it to come in. Is anyone still waiting on their TV for this long? How long did you guys have to wait to get your TVs?

That sucks.... I bought my 52xbr9 on Dec.19th, they didn't have any in stock at the Kennedy and Steeles location, so they said they would deliver it to me on Dec.23rd, because they had to ship one from their Spadina location. But they actually called me on Dec 21, and delivered it on that day. My friend bought 2 tvs , 46v5100 and 40v5100 and they delivered the next day. All with free shipping.

Got a call from them yesterday! TV came in. YAY. Picked it up and it's a beauty. It's acting as my monitor.

The owner threw in a free hdmi cable for the delay. That was nice and unexpected. He gave me the better one.

Forget it, she's married to Trevor. He's the young guy who works there. I was chatting with them when I picked up the TV and he mentioned her as his wife.

It will not work. Read the fine print. Why don't you just buy from this place? What is the point of going through all this trouble just for a price match. Personally when it comes to TV purchases, I go to FS only to do the product review. No places has a nicer show room with so many panels side by side. I buy from TVs from HDTV & Electronics, Richmond Hill store. The only thing they cannot beat FS at is the 30 day not questions asked return policy. By all means, shop at FS if you are in the market to rent a tv for up to 30 days.
