I originally purchased a k750i which died. Sony sent me this k790a as a replacement. Since I couldn't wait for the RMA process, I had to purchase a new phone, so I have no need for this one. It has never been used (still has original factory plastic on it), and you will get proof of purchase and proof of RMA (the unit has a 3 month warranty from Sony Ericsson -- you can call to confirm). The battery they sent is also brand new.

This Sony Ericsson k790 is FULLY UNLOCKED AND UNBRANDED (in other words, this phone will work with any GSM carrier: just take the SIM card out of your old phone and insert it in to this one). You are encouraged the test that the phone is fully functional before paying.
