Aww man, just what I needed today, being shamed by remembering I played way too much of that boring Division 2 game.

There's no way that's your actual game time. That means that in those 166 days you played video games, you spent 21 hours of each of those days playing NHL locally.

It's could be calculating the time each game was open and not necessarily being played.

Hey Sony thanks for letting me know I only spent 5 hours of the entire year playing online and only downloaded 5 of the free PS Plus games! Guess who isn't gonna renew when their membership is up hahaha

Still, grats on a PS4 working well enough to just stay on day-in day-out. NHL deserves that kind of power!

Redemption worked for me finally! 6 platinums this year! That includes Sekiro! I think that is my gaming accomplishment of the decade.

Played 738 hours in 2019. Thought it was a lot until i saw some people on twitter post their 5000+ hours of gaming.

I tried it 3 times and on the third time it worked for me.

I got 8 items:

Purchase Order
PlayStation 2019 Wrap-Up: Action Hero
PlayStation 2019 Wrap-Up: Master Explorer
PlayStation 2019 Wrap-Up: Sports Phenom
PlayStation 2019 Wrap-Up: Speed Demon
PlayStation 2019 Wrap-Up: Marksman
PlayStation 2019 Wrap-Up: Legendary Warrior
PlayStation 2019 Wrap-Up: Master Strategist
PlayStation Wrap-Up 2019 Theme

If it doesn't work, try a few more times. I am sure it is just a bit overwhelmed.

I just tried to redeem on an alternate account. The common problems seem to be getting a blank redeem page, continuously loading, it saying that there are no quests available at this time, that the quest has yet to be completed or you are not logged in. It may take a few tries but refresh the page and wait for the page to fully load, then slowly scroll through each statistic (wait for all the #'s to load), until you reach the bottom. Then click "Redeem", a window should pop out of the left side and say "Loading", then after a few seconds it should display a unique code or that you completed the quest and now you can view the reward. I had to do this 4 times for the code to appear.
