Saw Sony PRS-350 Reader Pocket Edition (5" silver) $78 at Walmart, it used to be like $179 two years ago, still very capable epub reader w/o wifi distraction. 5" e-ink reader is much portable than 6", almost all new readers are 6" now.

If you're going compare screen size, what you should really do is compare the actual units size. The bezel on the 350 is larger than that of the newer prs-t1(current model) width and depth the prs-t1 matches, height is only about an inch longer.
Not to mention the expandable storage of the newer devices, (2gb vs 33gb(potentially)), double battery life, 14days vs 4 weeks_______________
