I am selling my slim PSP-2001 that is modded with CFW 5.50 Gen D3 (final). Unit is fully functional, battery holds an excellent charge. The CFW allows you to play games directly off the mem stick. With the package I am including:

1 PSP-2001 slim modded with CFW 5.50 Gen D3 (final)
1 8GB Sony mem stick duo
1 Carrying Case
1 Charger
1 PC connection Cable

Functionality is a 10/10. There is absolutely NOTHING wrong with the unit.
Cosmetically 8/10 (minor wear marks from normal use, hardly noticeable, does not affect playability in any way)

The reason I am selling is because I want to buy an xbox 360 and hardly use my PSP anymore. Asking price is $200 OBO or a trade for an xbox 360 unit. PM is key. Pick up downtown toronto, or can meet during the week between toronto and brampton.

what's the condition of the psp? any scratches, etc? is there a screen protector on the screen?

The PSP is in excellent condition. There are minor very light scratches on the casing due to normal use. It does come with a case and is stored in the case when not in use. The screen does not have a screen protector
