Looks exactly like 650 (different color though) that Costco was clearing at 29.97 a short while ago.

Just because there are better deals on similar but not identical items doesn't make that deal cold. Harmony 700 sell between 100-150$, most of them being ~130$ (excl. shipping) so 80$ can be a good deal (even more so if you can pick it up in-store) if you are need/want the specific features it has. As isajoo said, the main difference is the # of devices it can control, the 650 can control 5 and the 700 can control 8; moreover the 700 has built-in rechargeable battery which can be a pro or on con depending on the people. Whether you are an enthusiast or not, 5 devices goes fast:
- TV
- STB
- DVD/BR
- Receiver
- HTPC/PS3 (requires adapter)/...
So IMO, not a bad deal, more so if you can pick it up and pay no shipping, but if you have 5 devices or less, the 650 deal is a better one.

The built in battery is just 2xAA enloops which are removable, USB cable included charges them (u could easily buy/use ur own AA)
+ the devices you just listed is pretty much all the devices most people will have.
so it's not really worth it.
Only reason I got the 700 remotes is because I got them for cheaper then the 650 a year ago._______________

I picked up one of these at Visions on their Black Friday Sale. It was $75 if I am not mistaken.
