Spaceballs the movie
So I'm watching this now and thinking.... is this the greatest parody movie of all time? Seriously, I can't think of any (satirical) parody movie that even comes close to this.
It makes the garbage that has come out in the last decade or so (ie scary movie) look like.... well, garbage.

She's gone from suck to blow.
History of the World was better IMO, but they are both hilarious.

I loved this movie when I was little. But after seeing this again in high school, I realized I didn't get all the jokes - so now I love it even more. People in my high school must not have had the same sense of humour since I was the only one laughing like a lunatic. I actually became a bit self-conscious about how much more I was laughing compared to others. We watched it on a field trip and my seatmate was not laughing at all. I think some students even asked the teacher to play something else.

fair enough..i think the last mildly okay paody was "not another teen movie" which summed up every teenager love/comedy/drama flick into a decent package.
scary movie was more funny for the 1st and 2nd times i think...3d sucked..4 was barely better.
i actually enjoy stuff like tropic thunder more...it was a parody of sorts but a parody on hollywood actors of different types. I loved the cut scene on toby mcGuire and Robert Downey Jr being gay catholic priests lol...
Everyone in theaters was like... "whats with the music...and the church"....i just said "uh oh" lol...i was semi-expecting it.

Spaceballs is my little brother's favorite movie even though he doesn't understand all the references. I have watched it at least a few dozen times, and it gets better each time.

From a "Family" reviewer: "We Cheer teaches coordination, enticement to lust, women being used as sex objects, and team work."
From Worthy Playing: "We Cheer is, then, for all intents and purposes, the F-Zero GX of music games. It asks for so much, yet forgives so little. It is actually so casual that it's hardcore."

Men in Tights is a great one too! Found Spaceballs on DVD last year and snatched it up.

They made a spaceballs cartoon recently, it doesn't look so good though... I think Mel Brooks does some of the voices.
