Start some music going, and open volume controller. Add all the mixers you can and mute them one by one until the noise stops. Sounds like electrical interference.

this means:
1) your speakers are very sensitive or volume turned up
2) you have good ears
3) electrical noise from the motherboard is messing with your crappy onboard sound card
solution: get a sound card

If killing inputs didn't work, your going to have to buy a sound card. I went from CA speakers connected to the motherboard, to a sound card with Z5500 and it made a HUGE difference.
