Pardon my newbie question. I have spherex speakers. The system is crapping out on me. The wires for the system are already in my walls, hidden in places that are no longer accessible.

Do I have options to replace this system with another (not a spherex) surround sound receiver/speakers?

My alternative solution is to just replace the problematic (and awkward looking) center speaker. What other type of speaker would use the same type of connector?
