We would like to announce that our free Trial is over. We will allow users to be connected until the 2nd just to give users time to switch back to their ISP's. We would like to thank everyone for trying our service and we hope that this has given users a good indication of reliability. We do apologize for some small outages you may have incurred as we were running some server maintenance on some of our boxes. All issues are presumed resolved and thus you should no longer incur any further downtime. Please note that this downtime only occurred to a few members due to the fact that only 1 or 2 LNS servers were affected. The majority of our client's did not experience any downtime at all.

Furthermore with respect to some clients who stated their speed is faster on the bell network. Once a client we can certainly work on your line and see where the problem is. The speed reduction is certainly not a problem on our network however this could be a bell issue but unless we are your provider we have no authority to open up trouble tickets on your behalf.

I tried signing up with you guys atleast 3 times, and each time my credit card got declined. lol no idea why.

Each time it was a different credit card, I used my brothers, then my dads, but still each of them got declined.

ok so I found out the problem had nothing to do with signing up and stuff. I know the free trial offer is over, I only found this thing yesterday so I thought if I sign up on the last day there's a chance I'd still be granted 30days. Doesn't hurt to try anyways.

The bandwidth tests look good but what's with the latency? Did you constantly get high latencies when not using Sympatico, or was that just one trial?
