Another option is to price match at Best Buy if you have BB gift cards or store credit.

I picked one of these up about 6 months ago for $250 and really love it. The gps is a huge plus over my old fitbit and the multi sport tracking is also very nice.

Anyone looking for an activity tracker should definitely check this one out.

Costco doesn't do price matching.

Thanks
I have seen it on Costco.ca a couple of time for that price, so if you want to wait may happen again.

Picked one up around Black Friday/Boxing week last year when it was also $199 (so we can expect the same or better year end), and completely second this. Purchased it for cycling tracking (without requiring a phone) but use it daily. The battery is amazing (compared to every other smart watch.. 10 days between charges, ~7 if I GPS track for an hour daily), having the time back on my wrist is nice, and it turns out.. relocating notifications from your pocket to your wrist is an upgrade.

Can anyone recommend any good apps from the Garmin Connect IQ store for this watch? I'm looking for a downhill ski tracker with integration to a community like Trace, so you can compare your stats with others.

I picked one up a couple months ago, just before the price increase to $330. Like Guru, I wanted to use it for tracking cycling activities but I now use it on a daily basis as it provides great options as a smart watch, too. You get all your notifications and the screen is large enough to read a good portion of the texts and some emails. It's also a great motivational tool for you to be more active when you compete on challenges with others. GPS is quite accurate with navigation option and the battery life is quite amazing for the amount I use it. Having various customization options for the face and apps are great! This Vivoactive HR is a steal for $199, especially compared to the higher-end units like Fenix!

my only concern is its water resistant ability, saw lots of ppl claim their watches were dead after pool swimming, don't know if they pressed any button in the water that cause the problem.

I used mine in the shower and taking my toddler swimming. No issues for me so far.
