Spousal RRSP suggestions

Hey folks,
I'm looking into opening a Spousal RRSP account and contribute bi-weekly.

I've looked into various banks and other financial institutions (SunLife, Standard Life, etc.); just wondering how many of you have Spousal RRSP account setup, with whom, and any comments/suggestions.

My wife has a self-directed spousal account set up for me to contribute to at RBC Direct Investing. The main reason we chose RBC DI was because I already had a self-directed RRSP account with them.

I'd probably go with TD eFunds or TD Waterhouse if I didn't already have an account, because of the lower fees of eFunds.
