go to nintendo wifi in the SSBB menu, go to friends->friends roster, and it should tell u what your SSBB friend code is as well as a place to add your SSBB friends on the list. format should be something like this...

On the main screen of the Wii, there will be a circle with an envelope in the bottom right. Click on that.

Then you will find a button that says ADDRESS BOOK. The cover/first page of the Address Book will have your Wii number.

If you want to be friends with someone else's Wii, trade codes and enter them into the Address Book. It'll take a few minutes to a few hours for the friend to be added and you can send him/her Miis and messages.

BTW, there's already a huge friends code database on RFD, so you could just try adding all those users.

Wii Friend Codes =/= Brawl Friend Codes, It will give you your code the first time you connect, and I believe it is also under settings or friends roster in the WiFi menu

Anyway, I'd really like to give on-line a go, and random matches are still down so please, add away!
