St luis suffers from bad service at all their locations. i dont think its even them being slow on purpose to ruin the deal for you. They just suck all around.

Tuesday is still probably a better deal - but this works on weekends.

Went last night. 1 pound is $15.99 normal, 2 pound is $23.99

So $19.99 is pretty much a no-brainier if you want more than a pound and it is not Tuesday.

Also a good way to try different flavors (I usually stick to the original saucy aka suicide). later round are smaller.

24 wings. 8 wings is a lb.

The max I could eat in one sitting is probably 20 wings.

Wow - up to $16 for a pound there now?? Crazy.

Glad I invested in a deep fryer. I can make them for a fraction of the price with very little effort.

$20 isn't bad if you have an appetite though. They do make good wings.

Try the head office location in Brampton, it makes you not want to go to any other location.

How much do you expect a lb of wings and fries to cost at a restaurant? Lol at people comparing making a meal at home to eating at a restaurant - no one eats out for value bud.

The St. Louis at the Bremner location next to Rogers Centre last year limited orders to a 3 lbs maximum. 1.5 lbs w/fries first round, 1 lb second round, and 1/2 pound final round. Totally misleading "AYCE".

Still lots of places that only charge $10-12 for a pound locally. $16 is on the high side no matter how you slice it. Buffalo Wild Wing is at $11.99 as an example.

HP_John wrote: Most people do not eat 3 lbs of wings. 3 lbs of wings is more than enough calories for a whole day. For most people, you're better off going on half price day (most people eat 1 or 2lbs). Also, even for people who can/do eat more than 3 lbs, are they really "enjoying" it, or are they forcing themselves to eat more to get their moneys worth.
1lb of wings at st Louis is half the size of any other restaurant
bet if you weighed them it'd only be 1 lb after the sauce and batter
they're the size of domino/Pizza Hut wings lol

heres a picture, the fries are in the back which make them look smaller and they're still almond the size of a wing

19.99 + 3 for a drink you're at 22.99.

You could go to the Mandarin on Weekends for 22.99.
Absolutely valid consideration.

You can compare it with LUNCH on week-days. Heck even WDays/Eve's is worth it more.

To get ONE food item (albeit doused in a variety of sauces), Vs Mandarin experience....Tough sell for me. $23+tax+tiP? for chicken wings?????

I don't see the difference with that location other than they pack you in those long tables like a bunch of sardines, it's worse than cafeteria seating.

Long tables? What? I've never had to share a table with strangers
