It's decent if you don't need a large quantity.. If you do need larger quantities, http://www.5000cards.ca/ is one place that offers it for cheaper.

Looks like only the template styles are $19.99 (price is reflected after you finish the design, and then choose 250 for the quantity)...but if you want a fully custom card, that'll cost you $49.99 + $5 to upload.
