Staples delivery question.

What happens after two failed delivery attemps ? Do they just keep on trying ? Can you pick up the order somewhere ?

For me, it goes back to the delivery centre and is treated as a "refund".

It gets returned and order is cancelled as undeliverable.

I guess it depends on your delivery center. I called them once after 3 delivery attempts and they offer me the choice of picking it up or try to deliver it again. But if you don't call, they just might cancel your order.

Thanks for the replies, I just called and my order has been cancelled.
I had to reorder, it was a digicam from the 3 day sale, prices have gone back up since then of course. They gave me the sale price as a "once off".
I had a couple of coupons as well which they said they can't enter again, so they'll do it it manually tomorrow.
