ELIGIBILITY: Contest available online only and only open to residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in
the province of residence as of the contest start date. All entries become the property of Staples Canada. The chances of
winning are solely dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. By participating in this contest, all participants
agree to abide by these official Rules and Regulations and the decisions of STAPLES, which are final.

CONTEST RULES: Entrants must enter online at www.staples.ca/goeco.**Online entry form must be completed in full. No
purchase necessary. One valid entry per person. To qualify for bonus chance to win, each entrant must have completed
online entry. Entrants will receive (2) bonus entries into the contest by sharing the contest on facebook (1 bonus entry) or
tweeting about the contest on Twitter(1 bonus entry), using the share buttons on the contest entry confirmation page.
Weekly Prizes:**Entrants will have the opportunity to answer daily questions on the www.staples.ca/goeco, each correct
answer will give one entry into the weekly draw, maximum one entry per person/per day

Grand prize: There will be one (1) Grand Prize awarded. The Grand Prize will consist of a new 2012 Toyota Prius c
(model KDTB3P “C” Premium Package) approx retail value $25,340 plus freight, PDI and applicable taxes, courtesy of
Toyota Canada Inc.**The prize does not include any other costs related to the operation of the vehicle, including without
limitation, vehicle registration, license, fuel/gas charges, repair of any damage and insurance, all of which are the sole
responsibility of the prize winner.**Toyota reserves the right to substitute any part of the Grand Prize with one of equal
or greater value. All prizes are non‐transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash value. Any costs or expenses incurred
by the winner in claiming or using his/her prize will be the responsibility of the winner.**Please allow 90 days for vehicle
delivery once a winner has been chosen.
