It seems like a good deal. Does Staples offer extended warranty like The Source? I owned the x2s and they died within 4 months. I made a mistake of purchasing it through eBay.

The source has them for 127.99 (PSP?) but with the 25$ off coupon, you can get them for $103 + tax.

did u contact jaybird (the company) directly? from experience (rma'd an X2 coupla years back), Jaybird has excellent CS. I lost a wingtip earpiece & jaybird shipped replacements at no charge almost immediately after a chat with a csr.

if one doesnt have an immediate itch to scratch (so to speak), one can get the x3 for as low as approx $90 with the sale@$115 (or so) - the $25 signup coupon. thats the price I got mine for last year & since then, I've seen this similar deal numerous times so patience may have its rewards.

I bought the X2's and can only describe the fit as insulting. Back in the box in 45 minutes. I hope these are better but I'm out.

I have x2's and find the fit excellent. Not insulting.
The Comply foam tips are very comfy and snug, but the silicone buds are okay too so long as I use the wingtips. The silicone tips are better for exercise because the foam ones get soaked with sweat (eww).
The x2 buds are a little heavy compared to non-wireless buds (and x3/freedoms), but the actual fit is excellent. I'm wearing them right now actually....

Agreed with this, I've owned a pair of blue buds X for well over 4 years now and I've had them replaced free of charge 3 times with no questions asked. I'd say Jaybird's CS is probably the best I've ever dealt with. Also, it turned out my pairs kept dying because I was charging them through a wall outlet, on my latest pair I've only used a USB port and they've been perfectly fine.

Jaybird does have excellent CS. Even for Canadians as well, they can ship stuff pretty easy.

Any comments on these vs the Jaybird Freedoms that are also on sale?
