Staples PM Policy moving back to 110%

Yes, I know this is in the wrong section, but today I was talking to my manager and he said that discussions have been taking place about moving the PM policy from 150% back to 110%. He said that the changes should be seen in as little as three weeks from today!

This isnt a hot deal, but I figured I'd post it here as it'll have the largest impact on this forum.

110% still may be able to result in blockbuster PM's, probably ones that don't required them to pay us.

About six years ago it was 155% PM policy, then they moved to 110%, then to 150%, it wouldnt surprise me if they changed it again.
