Staples Return/Exchange policy? New AIO printer malfuntioning.
It is 30 days correct? Because I bought a Canon AIO printer on OCT 31st, and the scanner started malfunctioning lately. I leave the printer power on 100% of the time (I did this with all my previous printers as well) but with this AIO the scanner is malfunctioning. Would there be any problem iffor them exchanging it ? (I have used the ink, I will tell them to take the new ink from the new printer and let me take out my ink from this printer.)
The scanner scans the document half way and stops for an hour, and doesnt scan any more. I have tried it on 2 different computers, same thing.
Would leaving the AIO powered 100% of the time effect it at all?

yeah they'll exchange it - I returned some stuff about 6 weeks after purchase and they still gave me a merchandise card.

You're still within 30 days, so I don't see a problem... though some stores have their own stamp that they stamp onto receipts saying 10 days return/exchange for business machines.
