Staples: Toshiba 17" C2Duo P7350/4 GB/320 HD/ATI HD3650 512 MB Laptop $899.96
I bought this laptop online for $899.96. It was in the flyer so it should be available in store if sold out online. Seems pretty loaded for a midrange laptop and better than the HP laptop that Best Buy had for online only for $899.99 in their doorcrasher sale a few weeks ago that I was considering getting. This has a better CPU and a better video card and I think a bigger hard drive. The BB link for the HP seems to be gone so I can't look back at it. Only thing it doesn't have compared to the HP is the TV tuner. If anyone bought this please post comments.

Pulled the trigger, had a couple of 20 off coupons to use. Now time to find some reviews!

I bought this one last week for $999.99:

It's a bit apples to oranges to compare, but it's got a decent video card, hdmi out, and a blu-ray drive and a 16:9 screen, if you prefer that. It seemed to have a good price/value ratio. There have been a lot of good laptop deals recently it seems.

i have done allot of searching for laptops and with dedicated graphics and good cpu this would be my choice for a laptop.Bang for the buck and performance for price it is pretty good, alot of systems by other makers with similar configs go for a 200-300 more......
I decided to go with a XPS M1530 but had i not this one would been my choice and woulda saved a few hundred bucks too.

Hello,
I just bough this laptop on Sunday. So far it's great for the price because of the video card, Centrino 2 processor, numberpad (but in the long run, it`s sort of useless), great speakers and has a eSATA port!!
-Widows Experience Index: 5.0
On the down side, I prefer this laptop to be smaller (15.4) because I need to bring to classes and find a bloody case that fits at a affordable price, other that it's a terrific machine.
Just wondering:
Should I return my laptop because one of the keys (Y) makes a clicking sound and I could feel the key "getting stuck" (top left corner of the key) at times, but it is still working well and attached firmly and that it does slow me down when I type?...I just hope it does not breakoff within a year or two.
thank you

Hey, I use my laptop for productivity and I expect at least WUXGA on that size of screen. 1440x900 belongs on 14" laptops (like my T400, which IMHO is the best business laptop money can buy right now)
