Starbuck's Frappuccino.... ?
Has anyone tried the ones in a glass jar that they have? I bought some tonight at Dominions which were 4 for $7.99. I think $tarbuck$ $ells them for $2.99 a bottle.
Good deal anyway. Hope to be pleasantly surprised and if not, I'll be up all night lamenting how I spent 8 bucks for stuff I can make at home.

Emancipated, I'll save you time, and a lot more than 6 cents change, so go to Costco and I think they have packs of 12 for like $16

Cry me a river, build a bridge, and get over it. Get someone with a membership to buy it for you. I can't beleive some people cry about a $50/yr membership. I save well over $50 a year with all the good deals I get at Costco, especially on food.

Hells yeah, and mine's is the executive so I get a cash refund at the end of the year based on my purchases.

I don't have a license, much less a car. Thanks for the effort though
The moment of truth came and went. It tastes.... *drum roll*..... OKAY!! Surprisingly not overly sweeten but insofar as the Vanilla flavour one goes, the taste of coffee really isn't there.
You can get a killer ice coffee in China town. I think it's called a Vietnamese ice coffee.

Would kill anything Western establishments can offer.

Make them at home:

I have the Costco AMEX, but I have the regular membership. I don't need the fancier executive one for my needs. At Costco, they fixed my girlfriends flat tire for free, and even adjusted the frames on my sunglasses that I had bought somewhere else, for free as well. You don't get service like that just anywhere. ANyways, we've turned Emancipated's cappuccino thread into a Costco thread

It's all in good fun though. It almost seems like you're mocking me because I look at your avatar and read what you just wrote. Coincidence though, right?

Any remote possibility of me ever attending one of the meets has now been completely erased.

The bottled Frappuccino is too sweet. Also look at the nutrient info, 160 calorie for a 287ml drink. That's a heck more than a can of pop, 355ml at 100 calorie.
It's worth buying it from Costco, but heres what I recommend. Dilute it with half a jar of the glass bottle. You can easily drink you cups of coffee then.
And it doesnt taste that sugary.
