Still haven't received my offer in OUAC, should I call in?

I received my offer of acceptance in the mail from UToronto last Monday and they said it would be up on OUAC within 5 business days. In those 5 days, my alternate offer from them disappeared but nothing has taken it's place. Should I call UT and see what's going on or will it show up before it's too late?
