Storage units.

Anyone can recommend a storage unit say 10'X20' around the downtown area that you can drive a car into it and its price fairly cheap....

"Storage units" and "fairly cheap" don't go hand in hand. I priced some out (in the burbs) and the smallest (basically a closet sized unit) was anywhere from $150 to $250 a month.

No wonder why there are so many of them.

I have an outdoor space for my rv trailer at Access Storage but it's stored in Oakville. $65/month. Indoor will definitely cost more.

Check out Spaces at Eastern and Broadview. Easy access from downtown (via Gardiner or Adelaide). It's climate-controlled and offers 24-hour access. There is a loading bay which will accommodate 18-wheelers if that's what you need. They will also sign for any freight deliveries and put it in your storage unit if you give them a key. I would guess that 75%+ of the occupants here are small businesses..

I pay $200/mo for a 5x10' space.
