The best that I have experienced so far are with Teksaavy (ISP) and RBC.
The worst by far is Bell Canada. Worst customer services in the whole country LOL

I am a fan of Lowes, and the folks at the Oshawa location are great to deal with.

My personal best :
Costco
No Frills
Moore's
Gino's pizza (probably because I am a regular)
TD Canada Trust
I know they get much maligned by others, but I actually get great service from Rogers when I have to deal with them. Probably a case of what agent you get and what your problem is.

I'd be interested in what constitutes a "good service". I've been pondering the question and for some people, fast with minimal interaction counts as "good" while for others, they like the CS agent to talk to them, get to know them and whatnot and establish conversation (aka show human side). Being in retail, I see both kinds of customers daily, especially nowadays where we're in a rush

M&M Meat Shops.
I've shopped at a few different locations, and the staff are always friendly and attentive, make me aware of specials or savings in the store, and have excellent knowledge of their products.
I also find it is very quick to get in and out - something that I consider to be part of 'good customer service'.

I've noticed a difference in customer service in the US compared to Canada or more clearly Montreal. In Montreal they are half-assed and it's like you are disturbing them when they should be helpful vs oh no you're making me do something.
I went to Home Depot in Massena, NY sure the store wasn't that busy as I was there around 10AM but when I needed to know the person would walk with you and show you where the product is but over here it's should be in aisle 10 on the left. If you have a question about a product good luck in finding someone who actually knows something about a product. Heck I was greeted by atleast 10 people while at HD in the US and asked if I needed anything by atleast half of them.
I spent 2 hours at Reno-Depot for 4 items! I was at the point of leaving it took almost an hour to get sheetrock ordered because no one could be found.
Walmart in Massena heck even Plattsburgh it's the same thing better service than the Montreal area. If you don't like customer service do something else!_______________

Probably Costco. I haven't used their return policy, as most of the items they sell are of great quality. But it's nice to know that they have your back.
