Stranger to the heart. True and might be regretful for this post.
It's valentines day again and here I was, single, young and unaware of how it felt to be loved on a day celebrated once a year. I've had a few relationships in the past, but none of them were long enough to be celebrated on this so called "romantic day". But all of this had changed.
I was on my way to school downtown and I realized I had to take a piss really bad. I knew I couldn't hold it in until I reached to school so I decided to get off at Yorkdale Station, and use the washroom facilities at the mall.
I got off, and walked quickly towards the washroom and pretending to be late by looking at my watch. I kept walking and right at the corner, somebody walked right into me, spilling coffee all over my jacket and dripping down to my pants. I took a good look at this person and it was the most beautiful girl I've ever seen. She was a bit short, but she had this very cute smile with her big eyes and rectangular glasses. She apologized furiously and I told her it was ok. I told her I was in a rush and she offered to buy me a new pair of pants because she worked at some store there. I told her, that I was late and I had to go, so she quickly gave me her number and told me to call her if anything to make up for the stain.
I rushed off towards the washroom, without having to prentend I was late because I was covered with coffee. Right when I made it to the washroom, it was OUT OF SERVICE, due to routine cleaning. I knew I couldn't make it so I ran to the girls washroom and luckily nobody was in there. By the time I reached to the stalls, I had to let it go and it was too late.
I was in the stall, and I decided to call the girl who spilled coffee on me. It was a bit awkward because I didn't ask for her name. I called her and I asked if she could buy me a new pair of pants and also a pair of boxer. She asked, why a pair of boxers? I replied and said...I kinda had to take a piss but I didn't make it in time. I knew it was the most em brassing thing I ever said to someone, especially to a girl, but she said, its cool don't worry about it, it was kinda my fault for delaying you. She then asked which washroom are you at? I told her, I was in a womens washroom at that whatever location. She was like, are you serious! I was like yes I 'mserious. Anyways she came down to the rescue 5 minutes later and whispering my name. I whispered back and she handed me the bag that had a pair of sweatpants and a boxer.
After that embarrassing ordeal, I asked her if she wants to meet up tonight and maybe watch a movie? She's like I would love to, but you have to shower and stuff. So I decided to skip school and I went home to shower and I picked her up from work and went straight to the movies. After that day, I told her I was glad to meet her, and said Happy Valentines.
After that day, we became a couple and still going on for about 1 year.

I just realized there was a washroom right at the entrance of Yorkdale! How could I miss it, but I guess there was a reason why I didn't see it, maybe its fate :O
