Does she have the keyboard problem ? where you have to have the PS/2 keyboard plugged in? and you can't ONLY use USB keyboard ?

Man OP you must be really new at this if you didn't know older PCs can't recognize USB keyboards. USB used to only be on add-on PCI cards whenit first came out... and even after ti started appearing on mainboards most BIOS could not support it at boot time.
If all you have is a USB keyboard, get a USB -> AT adaptor for a couple of bucks from dealextreme or elsewhere.

I don't think you understand the problem!
The computer won't power up unless a PS/2 connected keyboard is present :S
and have you ever had a computer SHUT DOWN when you plug out the keyboard ??
Obviously I know older motherboards can't fully support USB keyboards at start, but this board isn't even that old, nForce4 Chipset!
