Strawberry Crush soda

I had given up hope of ever finding any in Toronto. Then, when waiting at a bus stop (Victoria park & sheppard) I saw it on the ground: a can of strawberry crush. I know gas stations and Mac's have limited edition lime and watermelon but I haven't seen strawberry so far. The can looked a normal size too and not the long limited edition one. Does anybody know where they are for sale? Or should I just walk into random small stores in the area until I find it?

you could call, but most of them will just say 'we don't have it'

You can try those specialty candy stores. They usually carry the imported stuff so they may have it.

Faygo Red Pop is a pretty good strawberry pop. It's not easy to find though.

Have you tried 7-11? I saw that they have Strawberry Slushie now. I believe it was a Crush Strawberry Slushie since most of their other flavours are from Crush. It's worth a shot if you pass by.

12 oz = American while 355 ml = Canadian. (or, it may also be American if both measurements are on the can.)

Strawberry slushies aren't that uncommon. 7-11 used to have their own brand of strawberry soda but they stopped selling those a long time ago.

Yea I think we use ML and Americans use oz, sucks because I can never know right away what the ML is, although I guess after remember some of the common ones you'll know right away. and 8oz is not even 250ml its a bit less, but people just say it is. People only know an ounce is 28 grams cause of cannabis.

Should have taught that in school instead of Shakespeare

It gets worse when you find out a Canadian cup (250mL) is not the same as a US cup (237mL)
They need to switch to metric already. Maybe if enough US potheads get power, they'll embrace the gram :)

I never really did baking but I can see how that would be a problem

I think the last time I cooked was a decade ago(other than just tossing stuff on the grill) , so this never really bothers me.
