Stuck pixels on plasma from sears

I bought a 42" Samsung plasma from Sears, delivered last week. It has 3 pixels stuck red. Anyone have any advice on how to get them to exchange it? I believe that it didn't have any the 1st night, but now it has 3.

I'm planning to call, but would like to do a bit of groundwork 1st. Sears seems to have a restocking fee, but I don't know if that applies to exchanges (or if they exchange).

restocking fee isnt charged if the item is defective...

and if they dont exchange, just return it, and buy another.

Thanks. Any idea if they would consider 3 stuck pixels defective? Of course now a 4th is flashing, so I really want to make sure I can return this.

Sure enough, 1st Sears person told me I should call Samsung. When I asked if I couldn't just exchange she put me through to a supervisor, who didn't even ask what the issue was, just ordered me a new one.
