I've never done personal tax filing. Is this software intuitive?

It's not as intuitive as some of the non-free offerings.

Having a bit of understanding of how the tax system works can sometimes be useful with this software. It doesn't do as much hand holding.

I used it in the past 2 years, too. Great software.

Only thing is that they used to issue a CRA-certified version closer to the April deadline --- that's the version that you can really do online filing with. But IIRC, that certified version will be able to import any info you already put into the pre-certified one.

Not sure if this will still be the case this year.

Edit: The currently available Studio Tax is the pre-certified version. So you won't be able to file the 2012 return online just yet.
If my sanity has to go, it is my job to keep its absence to myself. :D
