$100 for a full day of stuff? Good luck.
What I do, though, is go to Langdon Hall in Cambridge (very high end place with a nice spa). I book an hour long massage for my wife and I, which costs $100 each. That gets you into the place, though, and once in, you can use all of the spa's amenities, like the hot tub, sauna, steam room, lounge (with free tea and snacks!), etc. We usually spend the whole afternoon there, using everything, and lounging around in robes reading magazines. Our benefits cover the massage, so it's actually free!
Not sure if that would work for your gift, though, it would depend on your friend.

In Brampton, but good value! I enjoyed my package from here. Click on "spa packages" on the left.
