Linen is nice, but are you really sure you want a floral pattern?

Aside from mebius' comment about the semantics, you'll also want a half-lined jacket for summer if you can find one, I've found that makes a bigger difference than just the material used for the outer shell. Canvas construction breathes better than fused as well IMO so that's another thing to consider.

The floral pattern on the blazer will be inappropriate for certain office environments.

That's not a suit, but a sports jacket.
Agreed. Also 76% linen is way too high. While it's true that linen is a 'Summer fabric,' it is also highly prone to wrinkling and looking bad. You want a lower percentage of linen. You also want butterfly-lining, which allows you body to breath much more in hot weather.

If you want a Summer sport coat, try looking for something butterfly-lined in here: https://www.spierandmackay.com/sportcoats
Similar price range to what you quoted above, but quality is similar to famous brand products that cost 2X-3X as much.

What would a "good" linen blend % be? I know it depends on the other materials in the blend but let's say for something like wool or cotton?
Is something like 50% linen (I often see blends at around or a bit less than half) too high to resist wrinkling?

I wear 100% linen in the summer but it's a casual jacket so it's ok to wrinkle.

76% linen/24% cotton, but it looks nice.
