Summer Program Company grant of $3000 youth

has anyone applied for this grant of $3000 for youth business recieve it? Also does everyone who apply and meet with the guidelines recieve it? Just thinking of starting my own business and this would help.

I did this many years ago and got the grant and was a part of the program. Not everyone that applies that meets the criteria gets in. I did hear recently though that about 50% get in who complete the full application. Make sure you get all the documents prepared and submit a strong business plan.
