Edwards Farm Store (1574 9th Line Innisfil, ON) should have one as well but I don't know where exactly it will be. Need to find out.

Anyone lives close by to Innisfill and know where the sunflowers field are located this year?
Don't know about the Innisfill area but I was at Bogle Farms on Highway 6 in the Hamilton area (just south of the 401) yesterday. They have 71 acres of Sunflowers in full bloom. It's quite a spectacular site. They have a website if anyone wants more information (bogleseeds.ca)

^ Thx! Gonna take the kids when we get back from up north.

Is this the peak time of year there, how long do they last?

I just checked the Bogle Farms website. The last day that photographers will be allowed will be August 3. Other farms, of course, may be open later.

Go to Edward's farm in Innisfil - Should still be there for the next two coming weeks but call or email them ahead to make sure.

Re: the last day for public access, I talked at length with one of the elder family members, a very nice gentleman, apparently they set up 5 loud cannons and start shooting flare-like fire crackers to scare off the birds after today. Once the birds get a taste of the maturing plants which are just about ready to eat now, they will come in droves and can devastate the whole crop.

For people going to other fields, the big tall ones are mostly wilting. Bring a reflector for closeups, a monopod or step-ladder to get a nice shot above, and bug spray for yourself! If you're more technical, a tripod and your ND/grads. Enjoy!
