That's a pretty good price. Not sure of the quality. I know I normally buy wings from M&M's when they're less than >$10 for 2lbs and they are excellent quality.

Superbowl special: Walmart Chicken Wings $6

I just bought a few boxes at the Vaughan Walmart supercenter.
List price was $7.97 (908gram box) for these Schneiders wings but scanned in at $6 flat.
Here's a link to an old thread...

Do you eat your chicken wings raw or something? I realize that people may be scared by the listeria contamination of deli meat, but that's an entirely different type of product, and is eaten raw.
Raw chicken from any supplier could have bacterial contamination, but thats why you cook it thoroughly, regardless of where you buy it, and from who.

2 lbs=908g.
Giant Tiger has Chicken Wings on for $2.99 for a lb (454g).
I forget the brand, but they are quite good. You get about 12 wings - not the biggest wings, but good._______________

That's really unfair of you. Perhaps he/she doesn't like the taste. Perhaps they don't feel comfortable with their past. Perhaps he/she values and remembers the human lives of people who are no longer with us, and does not feel the company should triumph beyond that. Perhaps $1.35M paid to each victim's family is seen as little consolation. Perhaps he/she takes issue with Maple Leaf's passion of cutting costs by frequently moving production locations, and paying their front line workers less each time. They're all valid reasons for consumers to exercise free choice and discretion.

All valid points ... if they were actually stated. Posting an open ended opinion like that is obviously asking to be flamed because there is no justification provided for the opinion. I'm sure if they had a point to make they would make it, but in this case they left it to be interpreted by others so they should expect it to be taken as such.
That being said there's never been a shortage of chicken wings if sports bars can offer 5 cent wings for Monday Night football every week. Just don't think about your sodium intake after downing a box of wings ... lol
