are you talking about his wife? I heard that his wife was responsible for the decor. She used to be or still is a fashion designer.It really does not get any better than this however his partners decorating has to get a medal for the absolute worst decor in both restaurants.

Hopefully by next year i'll be at Gordon Bleu in France or on to something bigger.
