Earlier this year I tried to order but they refused my visa, I even change my primary address to a US one. I contact them and they mentioned credit card has to be US. Was anyone else able to order from them before with a CDN credit card.

2. How would you ship it once you order a watch from them. I am not close to the border so sending it to the border shop is not feasible.
3. How does the price compare to the outlet prices in the states? Are they even selling the same item?

Here is the email response I got when I had problems and contacted them. I first call visa and they said they authorized the purchase but the retailer declined it
"Hi
I am sorry I can not call the Visa company to resolve this for you. Your Billing address on your credit card and on our site must match and it needs to be a US credit card for it to work. "

So if you have a US credit card you must ship it to a US address. As for the price I found it to have good discount.

You could possibly get around the USA credit card issue by purchasing a pre-paid VISA from your bank? I have done this to shop with American retailers in the past so it might work.

Seems to be a workaround for billing address issue.

call your cc company to add a us billing address in their system, order your watch and remove the us billing address after a few days.

people, before you throw money out on the name, do some research . Quatz almost drops to 50% in value soon after you take them out the door and mechanical around 70%. With mechanical, there is also the cost of servicing every few years, Rolex for example charges $600 for service and this needs to be done every 4 years. Watches are almost never an investment unless you go to very high end unique pieces in the 6k figure range. Even a 40K Audemars Piguet drops in value over time. Having said all this, automatic watches are a beautiful piece of art and if you want to have some fun wearing it, go for it!!
